Building a pc for my dad for father's day pc building site custom pc builder

So, my dad knows his fair share about computers, and could do it himself, but he always debates it too much and never actually orders it. I have checked with him on the parts, and he has no significant comments. A few things are unusual, like the 512GB NVMe, but it's not all that expensive and the budget isn't that tight. I have a few older GPUs around (a 970 I might put in or a 7870), so in not planning on buying one. He won't use it primarily for gaming, but will do some light games on it. He is a software developer, so the extra ram and cores will definitely help for VMs or compiling. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
