Can I run 1080p @144hz with my current setup? pc building site custom pc builder

Hey guys, I'm running a 1080p 60hz monitor at the moment, and wanted to take a chance at 144hz.

I don't really mind lowering graphics quality. Overwatch is running on high for better performance.

Thanks!
