Need help building a VR PC capable of recording VR games. pc building site custom pc builder

I'm planning on building a PC entirely from scratch, mainly for recording/at the very least playing VR games. I'm not that picky about performance, as long as I can at least reach the VR standards and play without noticeable drops in frame rate, but preferably around the 90fps~ standard. Budget wise, I want to stay around the $1200 range, but i'm willing to go as high as $1600. I'll be purchasing my parts from the good ol' US of A, most likely i'll be purchasing from amazon.

Here's the build I came up with, it's a little bit on the expensive side though
