Upgrade from 1080p 60hz to 1440p 144hz pc building site custom pc builder

Hello guys, I want to make the jump to 1440p gaming and as well video editing and I want to make sure I get the right pieces that will give the best experience possible. Here is what I currently have.

By best experience I mean no fps issues, good temps and not much noise under load. I know right my GPU can sound like a jet engine at times. I'm looking to stay AMD for the GPU but willing to change this one if needed, so I think I need a Freesync monitor. Budget ain't really the issue, so if there are pieces I have that you recommend I swap out, please let me know. I can always resell what's left over.
