Budget gaming PC for my Dad ($400) pc building site custom pc builder

Hey everyone, I threw together a build and was looking for advice.

Intended Use: Warthunder, Flight Simulators, First Person Shooters (UT 2004 and that era), potentially modern shooters on low graphics if possible.

Performance: Max settings on most games before 2005, medium settings on current games. Simply wanna play games with my dad.

Budget: $400 (Continental U.S.)
