Building gaming PC for younger brother pc building site custom pc builder

Im planning on building a gaming pc for my younger brother so we can game together and he can have something to do his homework on.

We will probably be most playing games like PUBG and R6S so i think he would be fine with playing on low settings seeing as he is coming from console gaming so the fps wont be too much of an issue as well but i wouldnt mind showing him why pc gaming is superior.

My budget is around $450 so im already going slightly over with my draft.

I will be purchasing the parts from England, UK

This is my second time building a pc (the first was about a year ago) Is newegg now a valid option for buying parts in the UK? When i was building mine, the delivery price was very expensive but the parts were cheaper than most.
