Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.

Hey everyone, I'm a first time builder and I believe I'm having issues with my liquid cooler as my CPU is overheating and causing my pc to shut down. I put everything together yesterday and was getting idle temps of 35-40°C. This evening my CPU temp continued to rise to 95°C and hasn't shown any signs of getting any better.

List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.

I've attempted to increase fan speeds but honestly can't tell if I'm doing it correctly, feel like I'm in over my head so any help would be appreciated.
