Help Making Sure All My Parts Are Compatible pc building site custom pc builder

This is my first time building a PC and I am not sure if this PC is compatible, I got the pieces from a guide but also changed round some of the components so I could have a better graphics card. PCPartPicker says that "Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions." I am not sure what that means so I searched it up and all the pages that I read were not very helpful because they were only talking about the parts in their specific builds. I want to make sure this PC is compatible before I blow all my money.

Also I just want to make sure I am making the best PC for how much I am spending (£500) so if you see anyway that I could improve it that would be very much appreciated. Thanks :)
