How would I go about testing 5+ different graphics cards? pc building site custom pc builder

I plan on testing and benchmarking multiple different video cards. They're all pretty low end, But how do I go about switching between them? Can I simply use DDU after each card and switch between cards? Or do I have to do a clean install of Windows? (I really hope not.)
