Looking to build an Intel NUC. There are so many to choose from. Which is best for my type of usage? pc building site custom pc builder

Build Help/Ready:

I'm looking to build an Intel NUC. The problem is there are soooo many to choose from, and I really don't know which one to pick. It needs to last 3-4 years and will see light usage, but should be powerful enough to run certain software. I'd prefer one that over-performs instead of one that is "just right". I'd also prefer a newer model of an Intel NUC over an older one. Drive capacity and memory come second depending on how much is left in the budget. Any recommendations?

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

It needs to run Microsoft Office, YouTube, and Thomson Reuters Eikon (System requirements in link). I will NOT be using this to game on.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

Perhaps around $400, ideally less

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

USA

Provide any additional details you wish below.

The Eikon trading software lists a dedicated GPU as a minimum system requirement. Not sure if that is actually a requirement or if I can just run this off the processor graphics.
