Looking to upgrade pre-built pc pc building site custom pc builder

Hey Guys, I was looking to upgrade my pretty awful 'gaming' setup. I am mostly wishing for a smooth experience in one game mostly, which would be Counter-Strike : Global Offensive. I'm looking to get a 144Hz monitor too, but that would be a thing I'd get later.

I'll listen to any suggestions, and thanks for helping.
