Need some advice to this build pc building site custom pc builder

Hey all,

Im currently building a "budget" build, and while on a budget I still need to get max performance in AAA games, and thats why I'm investing so much on a 1070. As for the rest I'd like it to be as cheapest as possible with reasonable quality of course. So far I've got this: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Type Item Price
CPU Intel - Core i5-7600 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor $209.99 @ SuperBiiz
CPU Cooler Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler $27.89 @ OutletPC
Motherboard MSI - H270 PC MATE ATX LGA1151 Motherboard $100.68 @ Newegg
Memory Kingston - HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory $118.89 @ OutletPC
Storage Kingston - A400 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive $54.99 @ Amazon
Storage Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $47.88 @ OutletPC
Video Card Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Windforce OC Video Card $454.98 @ Newegg
Case Deepcool - TESSERACT SW ATX Mid Tower Case $39.99 @ SuperBiiz
Power Supply Cooler Master - 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply $61.98 @ Newegg
Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts
Total (before mail-in rebates) $1167.27
Mail-in rebates -$50.00
Total $1117.27

Also I know 650W is overkill. I'm only buying that one because I got it at a discounted price, that'll cost me less than a 500W one.

Thank you!
