Just built this, all new parts except the ram and ssd. Can't boot past this screen. Tried reinstalling windows, I boot straight into this screen each time. Even used another pc to clean and format a WD Blue 1TB HDD to install windows, no luck. After doing some research, I found some old posts on sites like Tom's Hardware that mention removing the graphics card solves the issue, but I don't have that option. Any ideas
