PSU recommendation for a low power server PC? pc building site custom pc builder

I'm building a server PC that I intend to use mostly for hosting a custom Minecraft server. According to PCPartPicker, it'll draw 234W at max load.

I'm leaning towards getting a power supply in the 350W range (don't know if that's too much power or not), to give me some headroom for expansion as far as power is concerned, but I'm not sure what PSU to buy.

Here are the specs: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Any recommendations for a good quality, reliable, fairly low wattage PSU below/around $100? Thanks a bunch guys.
