Provide any additional details you wish below.

I've done a decent amount of research and this is a tentative build. The main things I'm wondering: is this overkill on the processor? Or is there a different one that would work better with my build? Should I get an aftermarket CPU cooler or will stock be fine? Should I have faster RAM? Is my PSU ok or should I get a better one? I don't know much about the monitor I picked but it had decent reviews. Is this one decent for gaming in 4K? I don't want to spend all this money on a PC only to not get the most out of it because of a sub-par monitor. Anything else that will cause bottlenecks?
